Theme: “Integrated Citizen Services – Issues & Challenges”  
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DAR&PG), Ministry of Personnel, PG and Pensions, Government of India, organizes the National Conference on e-Governance every year in collaboration with Department of Information Technology, Govt. of India and one of the State Governments. This conference provides a platform to the senior officers of the Government including IT Secretaries of State Governments, IT Managers of the Central Government Ministries/Departments and resource persons, experts, intellectuals from industry and academic institutions etc. to discuss, exchange views and experiences relating to various e-Governance initiatives. Ten such National Conferences have been organized so far.

The 11 th National Conference on e-Governance would be organized on 7th & 8 th Feb., 2008 at Chandigarh/Panchkula and the Government of Haryana would be the host state. The theme of the 11 th National Conference on e-Governance is “Integrated Citizen Services – Issues & Challenges”. The main features of this Conference would be:-

•  National Awards for e-Governance for 2007-08;
•  Compendium for 11 th Conference on e-Governance; and
•  Exhibition showcasing latest trends in IT.
